Pricing and delivery time
European countries: Free Shipping on all orders USA: Free shipping over 150€ or 12€ flat rate below 150€ Rest of the world: Free shipping over 150€ or 25€ flat rate below 150€
Orders submitted before 2 pm on a business day (Monday to Friday) are shipped on the same day, orders placed later or on weekends are shipped on the next business day. It takes 1-2 business days for an order to be dispatched. Kindly note that during periods of high demand like sales, as well as during holidays, delivery timeframes might differ, while orders might take longer than usual to process.
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. This email serves as your receipt and provides you with a tracking link, enabling you to follow your shipment.
Your package will be delivered by DHL to the address and details you provided us with in your order. If DHL is not able to deliver the package due to your absence or other reasons, they will contact you to make further arrangements.
Information about UK orders
Due to Brexit, ESTHE is now operating from within the EU. As a result:
All orders to the UK are charged 20% VAT, which the courier collects upon arrival of the package. Orders over 150€ are additionally charged with customs charges. No additional customs charges apply on orders under 150€.
Please note that returns are only applicable within the EU due to customs charges.
