If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the products you received from ESTHE, you are able to use our returns service within 14 days from the receipt of the order.
For this, you have to email [email protected] to arrange your return or by using the contact form. Please mention your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer care will then arrange with you a convenient pick-up time and place for UPS to collect your return.
Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please keep the receipt from UPS for the pick-up as it is your insurance if the packet goes missing.
Once we receive your return (return transit time 3-5 days) we will process your request and you will receive a refund for the item(s) returned within 7-10 business days.
If you want the item(s) replaced with another size your request will be served based on availability of the product, if not available you will receive a full refund.
In the unlikely event that you received a faulty item, we will try our best to replace it based on availability. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
