If you are not happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt of the package, providing they are in the same condition as purchased.
Once we receive your return, we will process your request and you will receive a refund for the item(s) returned.
Please also note that if you are outside the EU, we don’t offer returns due to customs charges.
In the unlikely event that you received a faulty item, we will try our best to replace it based on availability. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
