About the Factory
Kalestesia was the first of ESTHÉ’s family-owned manufacturing premises and now serves as the network’s headquarters. It is located in Northern Greece, a region with the country’s longest history in textile manufacturing and hometown of Ouzounides family – the founders of all ESTHÉ factories and the brand itself.
Today the company consists of a highly skilled team of professionals and inspired creatives, while the owners’ ubiquitous attendance, dedication and genuine attentiveness across all operations creates a family-like working environment.

Factory Specialty
Kalestesia quickly became one of the most respected European suppliers in the ready-to-wear industry, counting collaborations with dozens of the most renowned retail companies worldwide.
This is where most of the network’s research, product development and materials quality control takes place.
Moreover, all new manufacturing techniques are tried out and tested in Kalestesia, while the premises also include a micro dyeing testing lab, a graphic design department, a selected sewing and pleating team and of course an experienced team of pattern makers.
Kalestesia specializes in locally sourced fabric development, especially in jersey-wear, so this is where most of ESTHÉ jersey tops, bodies and other garments are made.
Finally, every ESTHÉ garment is sent out for delivery from here, since Kalestesia manages all of the brand’s logistics.

GOTS Global Organic Textile Standard
GOTS certification guarantees the limited use of toxic bleaches, dyes and other chemical inputs during the production process of textiles.
According to GOTS all Kalestesia processes are compliant with the international organic standards, while the factory has all the necessary means to produce a final product made from organic materials.
GRS Global Recycle Standard
Kalestesia is certified with the Global Recycle Standard which confirms that the factory meets all the requirements to produce a recycled final product.
