Just like Kalestesia and Chariessa Fashion I, Chariessa Fashion II is also a major manufacturer for some of Europe’s leading retailers.
The factory’s day-to-day operations include paper-printing, cutting, ironing, packaging, and of course sewing.
But the manufactory’s strongest point is the pleating procedure:
Chariessa Fashion II specializes in any kind of mechanical pleating (straight pleats, vertical pleating, irregular and ruffle plisse) as well as in hand-made sunray pleating.

SMETA Social Corporate Responsibility Audit confirms that the factory has been successfully audited and is fully compliant with all the health & safety and labor (working conditions/working hours/wages etc.) standards and applicable laws.
GOTS Global Organic Textile Standard
GOTS certification guarantees the limited use of toxic bleaches, dyes and other chemical inputs during the production process of textiles.
According to GOTS all Chariessa Fashion II processes are compliant with the international organic standards, while the factory has all the necessary means to produce a final product made from organic materials.

Chariessa Fashion II is certified with the Global Recycle Standard which confirms that the factory meets all the requirements to produce a recycled final product.

Chariessa Fashion II employs only local population, while all employees have access to free everyday transport to and from work. Preschool kindergarten fees for employees children are covered by the factory administration, while all workers have an easy access to a company doctor. Large-scale employee appreciation events are organized yearly to celebrate the workforce and boost the staff morale.
